So here's our renewal plans...

• Weeks 1-3  Antigua, Guatemala: arriving on June 8th, living with a Guatemalan host family, attending Spanish language school, resting, getting to know the people and culture, meeting missionaries and visiting ministry projects
• Week 4  Travel around Guatemala: go to the market in Chichicastenango, visit villages and the countryside, Lake Atitlan, and the Mayan ruins at Tikal
• Week 5  Vacation in Belize: visit jungle wildlife sanctuaries and the Belize Zoo, travel by boat from Orange Walk to the Lamanai Mayan ruins, and scuba dive the barrier reefs near Ambergris Caye island
• Week 6  Antigua, Guatemala: another week of language school and a visit with our Compassion Child, Claudia
• Weeks 7-9  Cuzco, Peru: living with a Peruvian host family, attending Spanish language school, resting, getting to know the people and culture, meeting missionaries and visiting ministry projects
• Week 10  Burlington, North Carolina: return home and leave Luke and Rachel with grandparents for two weeks
• Weeks 10-11  Florence and Central Italy: Don and Amy fly into the home of the Renaissance - Florence, admire some of the world's best art and architecture, visit beautiful churches and cathedrals, relax in the Tuscan countryside and the hill towns of central Italy, get a daily dose of the world's best gelato and plenty of great food
• Week 12  Rome, Italy: Don and Amy finish their time in Italy in Rome, with Don remaining for several more days as Amy returns home and to work.  In Rome we'll tour the buildings of the Roman Empire, spend time worshiping and praying in the many wondrous cathedrals, see numerous museums, learn about the early Christian Church, and see the Vatican
• Week 13  London, England and return home: Don travels to London for five days to see the many museums and pray and worship in various churches before returning home and to work on September 7
